I can tell you that our level of discernment of our mind and body is only at the minimum right now!
The only point I can make against the Acupuncture, or the Pranotherapy, is...people who act to utilize them!
I guess that a lot of them are really good experts, but there is still a huge number of fraudsters, ready to take your trust, and money, without rendering any result at all, or worsened causing a negative outcome.
Truly the NIH does not set any potential risk for the health, talking about the acupuncture, but, if we nominate the "unsuitable" specialist, we can experience a real one, for example, what possibly could occur if he does not even use a sterile goad? Run away from the smoking addiction!
The run from the smoking's hell is possible only knowing the way out!
But why does people, actually, smoke?
All is in this simple question!
Only knowing this we can understand...
In the same time you, in the long run, recognize the pure motivation that has made you take the choice to get start smoking you will be able to release yourself from it!
So many failed attempts to quit, so many years smoking, my believing to be able to cease was really ruined.
Unbelievably, I was, so far, going incessantly more inside the snare.
Every time, in fact, I failed to quit. In my brain the thought that "stop smoking" is not possible grew extremely.
But, luckily, one day all that disappointment was gone, and a new way to face my addiction blown up!
How could be true that so many people smoke?
How is it possible that I smoke too?
This was the beginning of my new non-smoker existence! My first day smoke-free!
There is NO motivation why I smoked for all these years, stupid, disconcerting, mere...
A lot of smokers around the world, I was one of them...
How can someone do something like that...kill himself slowly and repetitively day after day?
No motive could be found thinking to that...
Knowing very well the mindset of a smoker such things as:
I love to smoke
I want to smoke
Smoking relaxes me
I have just intoxicated my lungs, if I reduce the number of cigarettes without quitting completely will make no difference
It is hard to stop, even more in "this" particular period of my life
Smoking provokes cancer... good everybody has to die of something sooner or later
These things can surprise me no more!
They are just lies...a try to rationalize a choice can never be understandable!
The mere true is that we DO NOT like to smoke (the effort made to begin is the evidence of that), we DO NOT WANT to smoke (every smoker sooner or later try to cease!), and we DO NOT NEED to smoke (I think that our body and our mind were not created with this addiction, am I right?!)
The count is all in that:
Why do so many people smoke?
Just one answer:
Millions of persons smoking!
I have in no way observed the trend, or at least I each time have tried to take what to follow and what not.
But I was dupe, as everybody else, of the mighty coerce from the society's models!
At the end, we start to swallow and consider as ours this patterns, and we start, so doing, to be just component of this world, we no longer are in charge of our choices.
The nicotine outcome, in our blood, will facilitate the dependence to become harder.
Luckily, this dependence as fast can snare us as fast can be taken out!

Can you accept that?
Even a non smoker thinks that cease smoking is hard!
This is the issue! Every single person on this globe is convinced of this!
But if stop smoking is so difficult...
... Why are there so many people that DO NOT smoke?
... Why are there so many human beings that actually DO stop smoking?
... Why did I cease without any sort of problem the final time I tried (6th time)???
Since, quit smoking is simple, it is just our psyche that produces so much fear to arrest for real, that we essentially are no longer able to do it!
So, of what I was really afraid of?
... No longer consume all that cash?
... Break to be pushed to do some very pathetic things?
... Breathe and live a longer life?
Not at all...
Well... why do so many people smoke?
Truly, I am no longer a smoker...I cannot remember not even one of that fake alibi I was usually to use...I do not now!...Anymore!
